Over two million women have been forced out of the workforce in the last year due to the pandemic. As leaders in our communities and workplaces, we can be part of the solution by giving our time to advise and support.

International Women's Day

...which takes place annually on March 8th, is a global celebration of the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women and a call to action to accelerate gender parity.

This year, we need to acknowledge the many hard won gains that have evaporated due to the economic impact of COVID-19.

That's why we've launched an initiative called 2 million mentor minutes which invites women (and men) in leadership positions to donate at least 60 minutes of their time in March to mentor women in need. Our goal is to reach 2 million mentor minutes to match the many jobs lost.

The pandemic has disproportionately affected women of color, moms, caregivers and school/college graduates. So we're inviting people from all industries who've been fortunate enough to weather the storm, to join us in bringing as many of these women as we can back to the workforce.

Almost everyone can play a part in this effort. Sign up below to learn more
