About The Speaker
Laura Hyman is the Head of Multi-Brand Growth Marketing for Resonance Companies, a collection of companies focused on transforming the fashion industry by fundamentally changing its business model and the way it impacts our planet. She currently oversees the customer acquisition, retention, and data strategies for Resonance’s three DTC portfolio brands, including paid and organic marketing, collaborations and partnerships, product development (in partnership with the designers), e-commerce and merchandising, customer loyalty, and data and reporting. She also consults across the full customer journey for Resonance’s 10+ partner brands.
Prior to Resonance, Laura was the Director of Growth Marketing and first marketing hire (Series A) at Luminary, a subscription podcast start-up. While there, she built and executed Luminary’s go-to-market paid channel strategy, and oversaw customer acquisition and retention across 15+ offline and digital marketing channels in four countries. Before joining Luminary, Laura built and scaled SoulCycle’s performance marketing and email programs as the Director of Performance Marketing, and worked in American Express’ Global Merchant business in New York and their Consumer Acquisition business in London. She started her career as a management consultant with Oliver Wyman, after graduating from Amherst College magna cum laude with a BA in psychology.
