About The Speaker

Devika Mathrani is the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for New York-Presbyterian Hospital, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of advertising, marketing, public relations, print, broadcast, media and social media strategies. Her role involves partnering across the organization to develop and advance NYP’s digital journeys and patient communications and elevate the message of top quality, safety, and patient experience excellence in the local, regional and national healthcare marketplaces.

Prior to joining NYP, Ms. Mathrani served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Consumer Bank at Wells Fargo NA, where she rounded out her 20+ year career in the financial services sector transforming iconic global brands, both consumer and B2B.

Throughout her career, Ms. Mathrani has focused on delivering profitable growth through customer acquisition, loyalty and engagement, digital innovation, enhanced customer experience, and brand development/management.
