Sales Manager

Harnessing its high-level member network, the WIE Suite is the definitive platform that connects women to expertise. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and managing membership sales while taking a hands-on approach to the overall promotion of The WIE Suite offering.
Responsibilities and Objectives:
Maintain responsibility for monthly sales goals
Develop and implement the following field sales processes: lead capture and follow-ups; appointment scheduling; professional presentation of membership; building awareness through marketing materials; maintenance of game plans, ‘hot lists’ and lead tracking; and accurate reporting
Actively solicit new business opportunities by conducting sales calls and presentations to potential members and corporate clients
Generate revenue via prospecting new leads
Monitor change in all industries and develop strategies to sell memberships
Evaluate and identify potential business from existing and new clients
Up-sell and create membership options that meet members needs
Develop long term relationships with existing members and clients and work with them to develop referrals and maintain a high retention rate
Accurately maintain all members and leads in a CRM system
Collaborate with team to drive brand awareness, recognition and generate quality leads through strategy and pricing
Track, analyze and present sales metrics to senior leadership
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business related field with relevant proven work experience
Experience selling memberships or corporate partnerships
Excellent contacts, ideally in the HR, talent development or DEI divisions of corporations
Expertise dealing with high level clientele
An entrepreneurial spirit and drive to excel and exceed individual, team and overall membership sales goals
Ability to foster relationships with members, employees and clients
Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills
A passion for providing high-quality member service and a commitment to exceed expectations
