Customer Success Manager
Harnessing its high-level member network, The WIE Suite is building the definitive platform that connects women to expertise. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our innovative and growing business.
In this position, you will support new and existing members to help them navigate and get the best out of The WIE Suite platform.
Responsibilities and Objectives:
Create onboarding processes for new members with acute attention to detail and ensure a positive experience
Identify member needs and translate The WIE Suite’s values to those needs
Establish customer service policies and practices
Analyze member data to improve customer experience
Handle and resolve member requests or concerns
Work with members to ensure they are leveraging the WIE Suite’s platform effectively and finding value in our services
Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
Ensure members have a strong understanding of how The WIE Suite works and ensure optimized continuous usage of our platform.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Customer Support or Account Management
Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department
