Prior to theBoardlist, she was the Director of Global Operations at discovery shopping marketplace, Tophatter. In her role, she oversaw all business initiatives in the US and Asia, including business development, partnerships, merchant operations and logistics. During her 8 years with the company, Megan spent 3 years on assignment in China, where she set up Tophatter's first international offices. Having grown up as an expat in Beijing, she brought her strong cross-cultural knowledge to build and grow a thriving $200M+ GMV sourcing and logistical hub.
With a decade of marketplace experience and having grown with a company from 5 employees in a Silicon Valley garage to a global organization, Megan has a wealth of startup knowledge and is excited about building early teams that scale and have impact.
