Tackle professional goals and problem solve via customized eight-person cohorts that meet monthly. You’ll also access multiple sub communities aligned to your role, industry or affinity, from the WIE Suite Angels investing community to Marketing Mavens for CMOs to The Agency Business for high level agency owners. 
Professional Growth
Receive ongoing support to drive career growth, via weekly leadership focused talks, masterclasses and workshops. And participate in tactical knowledge exchanges to drive new approaches and facilitate unique ways of thinking.
Thoughtfully curated events
We host intimate dinners and salons to deepen relationships and discuss and dissect valuable themes. We also convene at global gatherings such as Cannes Lions, Davos, TED, Milken and SXSW to remain at the forefront of the issues confronted by women in leadership today.

The WIE Suite is designed to support C Level leaders and established founders and provide valuable peer to peer support. Our members are intrapreneurs within large corporations and game changing entrepreneurs shaping modern culture and business today. They are business influencers and cultural leaders driven by purpose and impact. They think above and beyond their personal success and have a vision for the world they want to see.
Membership Criteria

To be eligible for membership consideration, candidates must meet the criteria of one of the following:

Executive Leader

  • Currently holds senior leadership position at the SVP and above level
  • Employed by Fortune 1000 or Global 500 company or equivalent 
  • Decision maker in organization
  • Oversight of department and team 
  • P&L responsibility 
  • 15+ years business experience

Entrepreneur or Service based business owner

  • Founder, CEO or President of high level company
  • High growth venture backed startup - Series A and above
  • High growth service based business
  • In business for 5 years+
  • And/or gross annual revenues of $5m +
  • 10+ full time employees


  • Has held Executive Leadership C Level position in previous roles
  • Executive serving on the Board of Directors of a Fortune 1000/Global 500 corporation or equivalent
  • Recognized creator or thought leader with supporting press, accolades, major stage speaking experience, published work or similar
