The WIE Suite launched Suite Tuesdays, our new monthly drop-in for executive leaders and women who do.
Suite Tuesdays, the community’s new monthly gathering, debuted in December at Spring Place as both a reflection and a release. Part end of year celebration, part collective exhale, the evening brought together women leaders across media, entertainment, business, and culture to mark the close of the year. Holiday drinks flowed, conversations lingered, and what emerged was distinctly The WIE Suite: unfiltered takes on leadership, candid admissions about what was hard, what worked, and what no longer fit, and opportunity for bridging new connections.
In January, Suite Tuesdays returned with a different energy and a deeper focus. The conversation shifted toward intention and goals. Around the room, women spoke openly about what they were shedding and what they were building. As Melanie Goldey, CEO of Tally Health, shared, “One goal I have for this year is to shed all the things that felt heavy last year. I want to be more intentional about how I spend my time so I can think beyond what feels possible.” The moment captured the tone of the evening: reflective, grounded, and ambitious.

The format created space for both vulnerability and momentum – sentiments that resonated deeply as conversations turned to community and resilience. “2025 was a whiplash year for so many of us,” said Dawn Smalls, Partner at Jenner & Block. “Being in a room like this, finding fellowship with women at similar stages, feels essential to making it through what comes next.”
The structure of Suite Tuesdays is deceptively simple. There is no stage, no formal agenda, no hierarchy. Just a room of women shaping culture and commerce, engaging in real conversation and building relationships that extend well beyond the evening itself. It is networking without the performance and community without the pretense.
Following its strong start in New York, Suite Tuesdays will expand to additional cities throughout the year, creating a growing network of spaces where power and connection are not competing interests, but the same thing.
