Lauren Edelman is the CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty, and has built deep industry knowledge, crafted an expertise in brand storytelling and developed a proven track record of delivering results across all channels. She previously served as Victoria Beckham Beauty’s Global CMO, and was the Head of U.S. Fragrance & Beauty Marketing at Chanel, Inc. This role was the culmination of nearly a decade at the brand, where her ability to translate data-driven insights into strategy was a key contributor to accelerated growth and market share gains. Lauren’s creative and analytical strengths inspired the U.S. organization to create memorable brand moments, including the centennial celebration for Chanel N5. The successful U.S. orchestration of Chanel’s first eco-responsible product range, N1 de Chanel, showcased her ability to build brand strategy and execute across digital and physical touch points.

Stephanie Horton is the Global Consumer Marketing Director for Commerce at Google where she leads the Global B2B/B2C Marketing teams helping to shape and drive the vision and strategy for Google Shopping and Travel. A 30-year veteran of the luxury fashion and marketing communities, Stephanie has developed and executed creative marketing solutions for both domestic and international brands. She started her career in the fashion office of Dayton Hudson/Marshall Fields in Chicago in various merchandising capacities for designer/ couture clothing and sportswear.

Maria Borromeo is the CEO of Mansur Gavriel and was previously the co-founder and CEO of Thakoon. She is a two-time founder/entrepreneur, CEO, and business advisor with over 25 years of experience leading luxury brands on the business side of the fashion industry at brands including Hudson Jeans, Alexander McQueen, Etro, and Narciso Rodriguez.

Katina Dermatas is the CEO of Ladurée USA, leading the brand’s U.S. operations and growth. Previously, she spent nearly six years at Milk Bar as SVP of Retail Operations & Wholesale and VP of Strategy, driving retail and wholesale expansion. She also served as Director of Culinary Process at Maple Food Co. until its acquisition by Deliveroo. Before that, she led operations at Rotisserie Georgette and 'wichcraft, refining her expertise in scaling restaurant concepts. Katina began her career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies before transitioning to hospitality by attending the French Culinary Institute. She also held roles at The Dinex Group and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

Stephanie Roberson is the Chief Merchandising Officer at Shopbop, where she drives growth and long-term strategy across the business. She oversees both Shopbop and Shopbop Men's buying and planning teams across categories, and leads the Fashion Office, shaping the company’s trend perspective and site content. With more than 20 years of experience in luxury retail, Stephanie previously held roles at Neiman Marcus, Holt Renfrew, and Bergdorf Goodman before joining Shopbop.
