Kendall Warson and Shyevin S’ng share their holistic strategy for building a category-defining company, and transitioning behaviors within established industries. When launching their digital-first business in the $68 billion dollar brick and mortar first art world, they knew that they would be facing headwinds. But now with millions of dollars in sales, they've fully converted an offline shopping behavior into an online one. They'll share what they've learned and strategies you, or anyone, can adopt to revolutionize your industry.
Kendall has focused her career disrupting the ways art is commonly accessed and experienced. She worked as an independent artist manager for over 500 international artists and most recently served as the Creative Director for the Magnetic Project – a curatorial group in Shanghai designing immersive art shows for international audiences at contemporary Chinese museums.

Prior to working independently, she was the first employee and Creative Director of Wonderspaces, making immersive art accessible in secondary markets throughout the United States. The shows she curated and designed attracted over 150-200k visitors over 3 month periods of time, managing an artist network of over 500 artists from around the world.

In New York, she worked as a Visual Designer for fashion companies such as Marc Jacobs, Diane von Furstenberg, and Helmut Lang. She’s worked for editorial styling publications – including ID, Vice, Hero, Re-Edition, Vogue, W Magazine, and Document Journal. Press features include Teen Vogue, KPBS, and Time Magazine. She has presented to the United Nations, LVMH, and at SXSW. She graduated with a BFA Degree, with honors, from Parsons School of Design in New York City.

Shyevin S’ng is a gallerist, educator, collector and art advisor based in Vietnam with extensive experience building art businesses and art communities. She has been guiding international collectors and professional artists for the past 20 years, working cross functionally as a multi-faceted entrepreneur in the art industry, facilitating upwards of 100 multi-million dollar sales per year.

Shyevin has built and scaled multiple businesses – she is the founder of Vin gallery, managing over 30 emerging and established artists – an acclaimed gallery in Vietnam since 2012, the co-founder of InPages publishing house – which helps to create opportunities for over 1,000 emerging talents in the community, and Vin Space Art Studio – an Art School which is a core pillar of the community working to foster creativity for the next generation of Ho Chi Minh City. Wearing multiple hats as a founder, Shyevin has led and managed business development and strategy, fundraising efforts, and community development. In addition, she has and continues to serve as a mentor for emerging talent, having built and managed global teams to scale her impact to the broader art community.

She has been represented at Art Basel, Art Land, and the Factory Contemporary Arts Center, and features include Elle Magazine, Art Tribune, The Saigon Times, Bliss Saigon, and other notable local publications.
